About Us
At Tokyo Sushi, all-you-can-eat means every plate is cut, grilled, or fried after you order it — nothing sits waiting under a heat lamp, and nothing comes off a buffet line. We run two stations at once: a full sushi counter where fish is broken down and sliced in-house, and a hot kitchen working the grill, the wok, and the fryer. That setup is what lets you order the way you actually want to eat. Start with miso soup, edamame, and a seaweed salad. Move on to red tuna, salmon, and yellowtail nigiri. Then send the ticket back for a Dragon Roll, a Volcano Roll, gyoza, shrimp tempura, or a plate of salt-and-pepper shrimp when you want something warm. There is no fixed course and no clock at the table — you decide what comes next and when you are finished. Families have been coming to our Brooklyn Park dining room since we opened, and we have built the room around that: roomy booths, a kid's menu, platters sized for two, and a lunch service that moves quickly enough for a weekday break.

Round After Round of Sushi, All On Your Own Schedule
Tokyo Sushi has been Brooklyn Park's go-to table for unlimited Japanese dining, plate after plate. Order a few pieces of red tuna and yellowtail nigiri, then send back for a Dragon Roll, a Volcano Roll, or whatever the sushi bar is doing best that night. When you want something warm, the kitchen sends out gyoza, shrimp tempura, chicken wings, and salt-and-pepper shrimp. Start light with miso soup and a seaweed salad, or go straight to the eight-piece signature rolls. There is no set course and no rush — you decide what comes next. Bring the family, bring the office, and take your time with it.
Knife Work at the Counter, Fire in the Kitchen
Everything at Tokyo Sushi is built on two things: fish handled properly and a kitchen that keeps up. Salmon, red tuna, white tuna, yellowtail, saba, and surf clam are broken down in-house and sliced only when the order lands. Our signature rolls — Rainbow, Sakura, BMW, Out of Control — are finished by hand, one plate at a time. On the hot side, teriyaki hits the grill and teppanyaki hits the wok, so nothing arrives lukewarm. It is straightforward cooking done properly, in a dining room where nobody minds if you order one more round.
